Project Highlight: Synchronizing Panel – Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya
As a trusted panel maker Surabaya, we have done synchronizing panels for a new building of Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya. And here is the details:
Problems : New building (Mall / Apartment / Office Tower) usually requires a system that can help to automate and synchronize electricity from Generator to PLN after power failure
Objectives : Automate the switching process from Genset to PLN before and after power failure
Solution : Make the control system use a synchronous woodward module. This control system is programmed so that some generators can synchronize automatically. Also when the PLN shutdown is suddenly, the generator runs automatically. This control system also creates a scheduling system for warming up periodic generator sets. So that the generator engine is always in perfect condition when needed.
Result : The maintenance team doesn’t need to go to generator room to turn on / off generator during power failure. In addition, the system helps to automate switching process and synchronize the electricity from Generator to PLN. For maintenance purpose, the durability of generator can be monitored by calculating the hours of generator used and it will be notified when the generator oil has to be changed.
