NC Cutter and Servo – Powerful Combination in Corrugating Industry
Corrugating Industry is very well-known with the use of NC Cutter. At a certain length before the target length is reached, the cutting motor has begun to move and rotate in sync with the speed of the material passing through the measuring wheel. So that it is expected that when the point of intersection of the knife position is in the right position and with the same speed with the incoming material infeed. Because if at the cutting position the infeed speed is faster than the cutting speed, it can cause when the knife is cutting, the material is pushed on the blade that is cutting and causing the material to bend.
